How much HP and Tourque does the Polaris ranger 500 lose when you put tracks on it?

i got a 2008 700 twin cycle, i can't usually go over 30 mph with tracks on it, its rough, and kinda loud, it seems like if i stay a constint speed of 25-30 theres a loud vibration that comes from the tracks, it makes me nervous so i slow down a little to about 20-25, theres a speed kit u can buy for them but we don't have it yet.  Im guessing its alot better with the kit on it.
